- All Bridal Boutique orders are packaged safely and securely for safe transport in our air conditioned vehicles. 

- Orders will be delivered to ( 1 ) designated location

- Bridal Boutique orders do not include set-up and/or installation of blooms. Client is responsible for set up. 

-  Clean up is not included, RKD will deliver orders only. All rental items are to be returned to RKD by Client. 

-  A Customer Care team member will schedule delivery time frame with Customer prior to delivery. Customer must appoint a "point of contact" person to receive and sign off on delivery. 

-  In the event the "point of contact" person is not on premises at scheduled delivery location and within the time-frame of agreed upon delivery our Delivery Team Member will do the following:

        a. Delivery Team Member will wait up to 15 mins only for sign off by point of contact. 

        b. All wedding flowers and rental items will be left in a safe location onsite. We will always choose a cool & shaded location 

            if available

        c. Photograph all items left including the area in which they were staged.

        d. Notify customer by phone call of delivery and where items were staged. 

- Bridal Boutique orders are delivered to select areas only. 

     * Delivery Area(s) include Volusia County and Flagler County only at a local rate of $125   

     * We also offer delivery service to St Augustine, Jacksonville, North Jacksonville, East Orlando and Titusville areas, all of which at different delivery rates based on location

- Orders for Wedding Locations outside of delivery zones "may" be available for an "additional delivery fee" however we cannot guarantee our availability to deliver to your specific location.
