As the owner of Rachael Kasie Designs since its inception in 2007, I have worked one on one with each and every Bride who has trusted me/us to create a beautiful environment for her day. No two Brides are alike which is one of the main reasons I love what we do! However, over the years as much as our Brides have loved the design process of working one on one with me, Rachael, there have always been many Bride's who want a simpler way of shopping. So we listened and now we are delivering!
Rachael Kasie Designs has never been a traditional wedding florist company that offered packages, regardless of how many times we have been asked! ;) We've built an excellent reputation amongst clients and colleagues establishing RKD as one of the top Wedding Floral and Event Decor companies in Central FL. Each and every wedding has been tailor designed to meet the design taste and style for each client. We are repositioning now! The Designer now lives in you, the Bride. While we will absolutely continue to offer that one on one service experience through RKD we are now introducing a NEW shopping experience through the Floral Luxe branch of the company. For clients who want to design everything themselves as well as know what it will cost up front without all of the lengthy design process meetings and quotes then Floral Luxe's BRIDAL BOUTIQUE is just for you!
Choose from our collection of wedding flowers that we have created for our Brides over the last 13 years. Next, choose from our unique decor rental items to go along with your flowers or buy some of those items too, up to you! Then you're all done and just like that we take it from there. We will still offer a stellar business experience but with a lot less time spent on your part. After completing your purchase, you will be contacted via email by one of our Customer Care team members. At that time we will send you a detailed consult form of design questions that coincide with your order so that we may best serve your taste and style on color(s) and selection(s) for your day.
Next, once the design consult is complete we move into production of your order 3 weeks before your scheduled event. You will receive an email from our Customer Care team in regards to scheduling the delivery and/or pick up of your order as well as finalize all details and any last minute changes. Upon Delivery or Pick up {in Daytona Beach} of your order you will receive a detailed packing list and breakdown of all items on order to ensure everything you paid for arrives. So you see, you as the client still receive the detailed attention to your day but you spend less time personally planning. Great when you lead a busy life right?!
