Floral Luxe was created with the DIY Bride and/or DIY Designer in mind. We happily design and package your order for delivery to your desired location. We also NOW offer our services for "set up" of your order upon delivery however we do not transfer or clean up your flowers at the end of your event.
Have an event outside of our approved delivery area? Give us a call {386.274.1661} to see if we may be able to assist with your delivery however at a higher delivery cost.
All orders placed on Floral Luxe's Bridal Boutique require a $100 purchase minimum.
Changes to Order:
If customer desires to make a change to an order of wedding flowers that has already been purchased, please notify our Customer Care Team (Info@FloralLuxe.com ) of such request(s) and we will do our best to accommodate.
Any changes made that increase order "cost" must be paid at time of change acceptance. Any changes made that decrease original total cost are non-refundable but may be applied to another floral option.
All orders for wedding flowers requiring our design services MUST be placed no later than 3 weeks before your scheduled wedding or event. Prices may be higher for last minute orders placed within 3 week time-frame.
We cannot guarantee our availability for last minute orders.
Bulk Rate orders must be placed no later than 2 weeks before your scheduled wedding or event in order to source all products from our farms.
We cannot guarantee our availability for last minute bulk orders but you may inquire.
Orders placed for weddings and events that fall within 2 weeks of Valentine's Day and/or Mother's Day will have a 20% higher flower cost due to flower demand.
If your event falls within 2 weeks of Valentine's Day or Mother's Day a Customer Care team member will bill you separately for increased cost of wedding flowers. Separate bills must be paid within ( 7 ) days of receipt of receiving invoice.
We are a family run business and while we would love to assist with ALL weddings or events we do NOT accept weddings/events orders that require design services for the week of Thanksgiving or Christmas. We want our staff to enjoy time with their families.
There is no black out weeks for orders including Bulk Wedding Flowers only, we however will not deliver on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.
PLEASE CHECK our Date Availability page to ensure we are available to accept an order for your wedding or event date. We have order limits and all orders are on a first come first serve basis.
All orders placed on Floral Luxe's Bridal Boutique are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation or postponement the following actions are available:
1. Cancellation: Because we can only accept so many events in a single day/week your order/booking closes out our limited "date inventory" from other customers. Therefore because we have limited inventory we do not offer full refunds on Cancellations. We understand that your reason for Cancellation may be outside of your control however we cannot guarantee our ability to re-book your date. Customer may use the funds spent in Bridal Boutique on flower arrangements sold in Bloom Boutique {coming soon!}
2. Postponement: Customer may postpone order to a secondary delivery date as long as RKD is notified no later than 2 weeks before original delivery date.
